摘要
以2013年国庆期间新浪微博网友关于"旅游法"和"导游"的原创微博为样本,采用数量分析法、词频统计法和共现分析法研究发现,网友在旅游法实施后对导游工作的感知在于:导游与旅行社、景区、游客之间关系的改变,对导游资质的规定以及违反规定的处罚,导游行为的规范化,导游收入的变化等几方面。由于缺乏实施细则,旅游乱象的治理难度很大,但旅游法实施后,导游强制购物的现状得到改善、对无证导游和导游宰客的执法力度正在加强,旅游法正在发挥维护旅游业健康发展的重要作用。
This paper made an empirical study of Sina microblogs with key words of "tourism law" or "tour guide" published in the National Day Holidays in October 2013, after the Tourism Law went into effect. Most bloggers felt the change in the relationship between the tour guide and travel agencies, destinations and the tourists, the requirements for tour guides qualifications, penalties for cheating or poor quality in guiding, the improved, standardized guide behavior, as well as the change in guides' income. Chaos in tour guiding were hard to manage due to lack of specifics of laws for implementation. But the new tourism laws are much more explicit and comprehensive to give stronger support in punishing forced shopping tours, unlicensed guides, fraudulent guiding, and in pushing the healthy development of tourism and sightseeing industry.
