摘要
对我国大学生创新能力和实践能力培养的研究和实践成果进行了总结,对大学生实践创新能力培养的主要影响因素进行了分析,并针对影响学生实践创新能力培养的关键因素提出了对策与建议。
The rural ecological governance needs to coordinate different stakeholders with same behavior,the key factor is to construct bridge for coordination; This paper constructs a mode which forms rural coopera-tive as the coordinating part to integrate rural households and rural ecological governance institution; the ruralcooperative embedded the ecological governance system and optimize rural households livelihood strategy.This mode can coordinate the same action of rural household and ecological governance, promote the performance of ecological governance and rural households＇ livelihood ability, decrease the negative effect.
