农药残留检测标准体系概述及其分析方法进展 被引量:39

Review of standard system of pesticide residue detection and progress of analytical methods

摘要 农药(pesticides)主要是指用来防治危害农林牧业生产的有害生物(害虫、害螨、线虫、病原菌、杂草及鼠类)和调节植物生长的化学药品。但对其过度应用,也会给人们的健康生活带来安全隐患,尤其在药物原材料的生产栽培中,农药残留更加受到政府和医药界公众广泛的关注。本文概述国际食品法典委员会(CAC)、欧盟、美国、日本以及中国的农药残留检测相关标准体系,介绍农药残留分析前处理方法和分析方法,展望分析技术发展趋势。 Pesticides mainly refer to chemicals that are used to protect agriculture,forestry,and animal husbandry production from pests( insects,mites,nematodes,pathogens,weeds and rodents) and regulate plant growth. But the excessive use of pesticides also brings potential safety risk to people's healthy life. Especially in production and culture of pharmaceutical raw materials,the problem of pesticide residues is getting more and more attention from the government and the public. In this paper,detection standards for pesticide residues of Codex Alimentarius Committee( CAC),EU,U. S.,Japan and China are reviewed and the sample pre-treatment methods and analytical methods of pesticide residues are introduced. At the end of this paper,analytical technology trends are prospected.
