摘要
通过研究不同水灰比对复合材料强度的影响,确定水灰比最佳为0.45;通过研究不同稳泡剂掺量对复合材料力学性能的影响,确定稳泡剂最佳掺量为3%;通过研究不同聚合物掺量对复合材料强度和吸水率的影响,确定聚合物最佳掺量为1.5%。在此配比下,试样3 d抗折、抗压强度分别为0.39 MPa、0.53 MPa,试样2 h、24 h质量吸水率分别为41.1%、43.1%,导热系数为0.048 W/(m·K)。同时利用SEM扫描电镜分析等测试手段,观察试样内部微观形貌,并探讨相关作用机理。
In the paper, the influence of water-cement ratio on the strength of composite material is studied, and the optimal water-cement ratio is 0.45. The influence of different amounts of foam stabilizer on the performance of composite material is also studied, and the 3% of foam stabilizer for optimal mechanical properties and 1.5%for the optimal strength and water absorption are obtained. Meanwhile, scanning electron microscopy is used to observe the internal morphology of the samples, and the related action mechanism is explored.
