摘要
通过改变进样系统、载气系统、分离系统、检测系统中的参数来探究Porapak Q色谱柱对乙烯乙烷分离能力差的原因,确认了原色谱填充柱分离效果差的原因在于固定相与柱内径不匹配,采用的1/8in柱内径80/100目粒径固体填料过大,不适合目前的分析。通过使用2m乃至1m柱长、3mm柱内径、80/100目粒径的固体填料的填充柱,可以实现低级烃类组分的有效分离。
The reason of poor separation ability of Porapak Q chromatographic column separating ethylene and ethane was explored by changing the parameters of the injection system, the carrier gas system, separation system and the detection system. It was also confirmed that the stationary phase did not match with column internal diameter and the size, such as the 1/8 inch column internal diameter and 80/100mesh particle solid filler was too large for separation. Effective separation of the lower hydrocarbon components can be achieved by using packed column with 2m or 1m column length, 3mm column internal diameter, 80/100 mesh particle size solid filler.
