摘要
近年来,随着社会的快速发展,社会竞争越来越激烈,越来越多的人患上了职业倦怠病。由于秘书处在领导身边,具有近身、综合、辅助的功能,所以秘书工作具有辅助性、综合性、事务性、潜隐性等特点,较其他职业相比秘书人员更容易患上职业倦怠这一职业病。为此,在调研的基础上深入分析秘书职业倦怠存在的问题及成因,并提出解决秘书职业倦怠的有效方法显得尤为重要,且具有一定的现实意义。
