摘要
由于叶片的型面是复杂的空间曲面,所以一直是叶片加工中的难点,高性能CAM软件的出现,通过UG技术建立叶片的三维实体模型,不仅形状直观,便于利用CAM技术直接进行数控加工,使这种复杂型面的加工变得相对容易,本文分析了汽道型线在加工、测量中难点,重点介绍了一次加工内弧型线成型的方法及简捷适用的测量方法。
As the blade surface is a complex space surface, it has always been the difficulty in the processing for blades. With the emergence of high - performance CAM softwares, that 3D solid models are creates by UG technology is not only intuitive shape, but also NC machining can directly be realized by using CAM technology so that processing of complex surfaces becomes more easier. This paper analyzed the difficulties in processing and measurement for blade profiles of steam passage. The forming method that internal are machining is finished one time and measuring method that is simple and applied were emphatically introduced.
