一种水冷机双重散热控制电路的设计

摘要 目的设计一种温度和压力可双重控制的水冷机散热控制电路,以保护水冷机的正常散热。方法采用可编程逻辑控制温度控制器XMT608增加一路温控电路,与制冷剂压力控制调速器一同控制水冷机散热风扇和外接强排风风扇工作。结果对一台安装在不理想机房的医用加速器的水冷机进行了电路改装,取到了良好的散热效果。结论该电路设计效果良好。 Objective To design a kind of dual-controlled cooling circuit of water chiller to maintain normal cooling of water chiller. Methods Combined with pressure-controlled speed controller, a thermal control circuit was designed with programmable and logical temperature controller XMT608 to control the cooling fan and circumscribed exhaust fan. Results The circuit modifi cation was conducted on the water chiller of a medical accelerator installed in an unsatisfi ed room. Test results showed that the cooling effect of the accelerator was favorable. Conclusion The design effect of the cooling circuit is favorable.
