机架是轧机主要铸件,质量要求高。通过对机架铸件结构的分析,并对铸造工艺进行了探讨与研究,以确保铸造工艺合理、可靠,创新性采用保温冒口与内冷铁并用的铸造工艺,对铸件温度场进行合理控制;铸件经过正火加回火热处理;并辅以过程质量控制,确保铸件质量,最终经韩国专家现场严格验收,性能和质量达到了客户的检验标准。
The frame is the main casting of the mill and requirs high quality. Through the analysis of the frame structure of casting,the casting process were discussed and researched to ensure that the casting technology was reasonable and reliable. The casting process using the internal chill and insulating riser simultaneously controlled the temperature field. After normalizing and tempering heat treatment and with the process quality control,the quality of castings were ensured,achieved the customer's inspection standard.
