摘要
将40名体育教育专业大学生随机分为2组:对照组和实验组,对其进行为期8周的核心稳定训练,并运用闭目横向踩木、闭目纵向踩木、鹤立测试等对其静态平衡能力进行测试。测试发现,实验前后实验组静态平衡能力的各项指标都有显著性变化(P<0.01),而对照组静态平衡能力实验前后各项指标则无显著性变化(P>0.05)。实验表明核心稳定训练能够有效地提高体育专业大学生的静态平衡能力,对保持身体姿态、提高运动效率、身体控制能力、预防运动损伤等方面有着重要的意义。
This study take 40professional students of physical education were randomly divided into two groups:control group: male 11,female 9people,the experimental group:male 11,female 9),core stability training for eight weeks,and apply eye closure wood,eye closure longitudinal transverse trash wood and stand out in a test on the static balance test.Tests found that the experimental group before and after the experiment the indicators of static balance ability has a significant change(P0.01), whereas the control the static balance ability indicators before and after the experiment,no significant change(P0.05). Experiments show that the core stability training can effectively improve the professional sports college students'ability of static balance,to keep the body posture,improve the efficiency of sports,physical control,prevention of sports injury and so on,have important meaning.
