头皮针结合腹针治疗抑郁症疗效观察 被引量:1

Efficacy Observation on Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Abdominal Acupuncture Treating Depression

摘要 目的:观察头皮针结合腹针治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法:将60例抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(30例),治疗组采用头皮针配合腹针治疗,对照组予抗抑郁药黛力新口服,比较两组的近期疗效(2个疗程后)及远期疗效(1个月后)。结果:治疗组2个疗程后及1个月后的总有效率均高于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:头皮针结合腹针治疗抑郁症疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To observe the curative effects of scalp acupuncture combined with abdominal acupuncture treating depression. Methods:60 patients with depression were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases), treatment group was treated with scalp acupuncture and abdominal acupuncture, control group with anti-depressant Deanxit orally, the recent (2 courses) and long-term (1 month) efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group of 2 courses and 1 month were both higher than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Scalp acupuncture combined with abdominal acupuncture treating depression is significantly effective, being worthy of clinical application.
