高精度FA针摆传动的动力学仿真

摘要 通过Pro/E建立高精度FA针摆传动样机的三维实体模型,将模型导入动力学分析软件ADAMS中,对系统的动态特性和运动规律进行动力学仿真分析.通过分析得出样机的传动比与理论计算结果基本一致从而验证所建立模型的正确性.根据摆线轮和针齿的啮合力的时域和频域曲线所得到的针齿最大受力值和啮合频率以及通过相邻的20个针齿同时受力的情况所得到的同时参与啮合的齿数与理论分析结果进行对比,从而验证理论计算结果的正确性.通过分析样机的动力学特性与转速和负载的关系以确定样机适用的工作环境. A three-dimensional entity model of high precision FA cycloid drive prototype is established using Pro /E,and the model is introduced into dynamics analysis software ADAMS. The dynamic characteristics and movement rules of the system are simulated. Through analysis the transmission ratio and theoretical calculation results of the prototype are basically identical,which proves the correctness of the established model. According to the cycloid gear and pin gear meshing force of time domain and frequency domain curves,the maximum stress value and the meshing frequency of the pin gear are obtained. The comparion of simulation results with theoretical analysis ones verifies the correctness of the theoretical calculation. Through the analysis of relationship between the dynamic characteristics and the speed and load of the prototype,a suitable working environment is determined.
