摘要
目的:探讨神经内科康复期脑卒中患者的韧性水平与生存质量之间的相关性。方法:采用Connor-Davidson韧性量表对患者的心理韧性水平进行测评,使用脑卒中影响量表评分标准对脑卒中患者的生存质量进行评价。结果:患者的生存质量会随心理韧性水平的升高而提高。结论:提高患者的心理韧性水平有助于提高患者的生存质量,要加强患者的心理护理,提高患者心理韧性水平。
Objective： To study the correlation research between the level of toughness neural department of internal medicine rehabilitation of stroke patients and quality of life. Methods： The Connor- Davidson resilience scale to measure the patient＇ s level of mental toughness,used SIS criteria to evaluate the viability of the patients with cerebral apoplexy,and analyz the correlation between them. Results： The patient＇s level of quality of life and mental toughness,and the patient＇s quality of life will increase with the level of mental toughness. Conclusion： To improve the patient＇s level of mental toughness is helpful to improve the patient＇s quality of life,so to strengthen the psychological nursing in patients,improve the level of patients with mental toughness.
