摘要
以硼酚醛改性环氧树脂为成膜物质,加入磷酸酯改性胺、硅酸铝和丁基环氧醚,制备了饰面型防火涂料。采用正交试验法,考察了硅酸铝、磷酸酯改性胺、硼酚醛树脂用量等因素对防火涂料耐燃时间的影响,参照GB 12441—2005对涂料的理化性能和防火性能进行了测试。实验结果表明,各因素对耐燃时间影响程度由大到小依次为:硼酚醛树脂、磷酸酯改性胺、硅酸铝;涂料最佳配比为:环氧树脂40%、硼酚醛树脂25%、磷酸酯改性胺13%、硅酸铝14%、固化剂/丁基环氧醚8%(均为质量分数);涂料的各项理化性能指标均达到或超过国家标准的要求,附着力1级,耐燃时间55 min,炭层结构致密、泡孔细小均匀。
A novel decorative fire retardant coatings was prepared by using boron phenolic modified epoxy resin as the film-forming agent in addition to phosphate modified amine,aluminum silicate and butyl epoxy ether. The orthogonal experiments were used to investigate the effects of the dosage of the aluminum silicate,phosphate modified amine and boron phenolic modified epoxy resin on fire retardant time of the coatings. Meanwhile the physicochemical properties and fireproof performance of the coatings were measured according to the national standard GB 12441—2005. The experimental results showed that the boron phenolic resin had more influence on fire retardant time than the phosphate modified amine did while the aluminum silicate was the least. An optimal coatings composition was determined,which comprised epoxy resin 40%,boron phenolic resin 25%,phosphate modified amine 13%,aluminum silicate 14% and butyl epoxy ether( curing agent) 8%. Various properties of the coatings were qualified to the national standard,e. g. adhesion grade 1,fire retardant time 55 min,and dense structure with uniform micropore of charring layer.
