摘要
建立喜树果和马比木中喜树碱的HPLC分析方法,并对喜树碱的含量进行比较。采用岛津LC-20A高效液相色谱系统对样品进行定量分析,色谱柱为ODS;甲醇∶水(5.5∶4.5)为流动相;检测波长为254nm;柱温35℃;流速0.8mL·min-1。该条件下目标组分与其他组分有效分离(R>1.5),喜树碱进样量在0.01-0.09μg线性范围关系良好,相关系数r=0.9998,平均回收率:99.98%,RSD:0.56%。该方法分离效果好、灵敏度高、分析速度快、操作简便、结果准确可靠。分析结果可为喜树果和马比木的深度开发提供参考依据。
Analysis method to establish the CPT fruit and mappia foetida HPLC, and the content of camptothecin were compared. Quantitative analysis was performed on the sample using the SHIMADZU LC-20A high performance liquid chromatography, Take PLA_TISILTM ODS(4.6×150mm, 5txm) as the column,methanol and water(55∶45)as the mobile phase.The inspect wavelengh isn 254nm;the column temperature is 30 and the velocity offlow is 0.8 mL omin-1;Under this condition, the target component and other components of effective separation(R 1.5) the lineal range is 0.01-0.09. The coefficient of correlation, r =0.9998, recovery rate:99.98%, RSD: 0.56%. This method, with the advantages of good separation effect, specificity, high sensibility,rapid analysis, The analytic result would provide reference for deep development of camptothecine and mappia foetida.
