摘要
依靠参数化三维软件的全面性与灵活性,借助Creo 2.0软件对木材装载机的主要部件进行三维实例的构建,在Creo集成环境中对木材装载机主要部件进行虚拟装配,将装配完毕的木材装载机虚拟样机导入Creo Parametric机构分析模块,对木材装载机的工作装置进行机构运动仿真,结果表明木材装载机工作装置运动良好且无干涉,验证了工作装置的设计初步可行,Creo原始数据仍能为后续的有限元分析与改进工作提供分析与借鉴。
Three-dimensional modeling of timber loading conveyor and working device motion simulation was studied based on Creo 2. 0. Virtual design was implemented for the major components of the timber loading conveyor and components were assembled in the virtual environment. The virtual machine was then imported to the analysis module of the Crio Parametric for working devices motion simulation. Results showed that the working devices of the virtual machine work well in the simulated environment. It indicated that the design of the working device of the timber loading conveyor is feasible. Results from this study could provide useful information for future machine design and improvment.
