摘要
针对目前液压支架用阀试验台不能满足新国家标准高压大流量安全阀公称流量启溢闭特性规定,本文提出利用蓄能器组通过插装阀组分时开启以满足试验要求,以型号FAD1000/42的安全阀为研究对象,针对矿用液压支架高压大流量安全阀进行动态特性试验研究,并在液压支架高压大流量阀试验台上对安全阀进行动态性能试验。试验结果表明,针对该试验台,插装阀组开启间隔为200 ms时,大流量安全阀的流量和压力曲线能够满足新国标要求,蓄能器分时开启的研制成功能够有力的推动安全阀试验标准水平的提升,产生巨大的经济和社会效益。
The existing hydraulic valve test rig cannot conform to the rule of the nominal flow-rate and open-reliefclose characteristics in the new national standard for the safety valve with high pressure and large flow.The method of an accumulator group controlled by cartridge valves is proposed.Experimental study of the safety valve for the mine hydraulic support is carried out,in which the FAD1000/42 safety valve is used as the experimental object.Experiment results show that when the open interval of the cartridge valve manifold is 200ms,the flow and pressure curve of the safety valve meets the requirements of the new national standard,and thus the design of accumulator timeshare is useful to promoting the level of test standards for safety valves.
