摘要
LHB-3E型平衡阀广泛应用于汽车起重机起升液压系统中。通过分析LHB-3E型平衡阀的稳态液动力补偿机构的工作原理,建立了阀芯的稳态液动力数学模型。结果表明,采用稳态液动力补偿机构的LHB-3E型平衡阀,能有效地消除阀芯上的稳态液动力,使平衡阀的静态性能得到提高。
The LHB-3E type balance valve is widely used in the lifting hydraulic system of the truck crane.This paper introduces the working principle of mechanism which is used to compensate for the steady flow force in the LHB-3E type balancing valve.The mathematical model of the steady flow force in this valve is also set up and analyzed.The analytical results show that the LHB-3E type balance valve can effectively eliminate the steady flow force of the spool,and thus the static performance of balancing valve is highly improved when the compensative mechanism is adopted.
