摘要
为探明内生细菌DEB-2菌株对枇杷灰斑病病原菌的抑制效果,采用生长速率法测定了菌株DEB-2发酵液对枇杷灰斑病菌菌丝生长及孢子萌发的室内毒力。结果表明,菌株DEB-2能显著抑制枇杷灰斑病病原菌(Pestalotiopsis eriobotrfolia)菌丝生长和孢子萌发,其发酵液对枇杷灰斑病菌菌丝生长及孢子萌发的毒力方程分别为y=1.654 8x+7.493和y=1.284 2x+6.865 1;有效中浓度EC50值分别为3.12%和3.53%。DEB-2菌株发酵液对枇杷灰斑病具有明显的生物防治潜力。
To explore the inhibitory effect of endophyte DEB-2to the pathogens of loquat gray leaf spot,the indoor virulence of endophyte DEB-2against the pathogens was tested by growth rate method. The results showed that endophyte DEB-2could significantly inhibit the mycelial growth and spore germination of Pestalotiopsis eriobotrfolia,the toxicity equations of which were y=1.6548x+7.493and y=1.2842x+6.8651respectively;the EC50values were 3.12% and 3.53% separately.Therefore, endophyteic strain DEB-2had great potential for the biological control of loquat gray leaf spot disease.
