摘要
本文综述了近年来国内对于风险投资问题的研究进展 ,包括发展风险投资的宏观条件、风险投资的运行机制及其对于风险投资公司运作方面的一些结论 ,指出了目前研究中对于诸如政府的作用问题、风险投资基金的组织问题及其二板市场设立问题的不同观点 ,并提出作者对于上述争议及今后研究方向的一些看法。
This paper reviews the progress that has been made in venture capital research in our country during recent years, summaries the key conclusions on the macro conditions and mechanism of venture capital circulation, and on the operating of venture capital organizations, generalizes the various arguments on the role of government in venture capital development, the organization style of venture capital fund and the setup of “secondary stock market', and puts forward some ideas to the disputes and orientation for future researches.
