摘要
数字化网络在计量管理中的应用主要解决了当前计量管理中面临的多要素集成管理的新需求,结合分析当前试飞计量管理,阐述了计量管理中的法规、技术、成本、行政、企业文化管理的多要素数字化模型建立及信息化、网络化运行,实现了数字化网络在计量管理中的应用。
Digital network is applied in the measurement management to meet the new demands of integrated management on various factors in the current measurement management. Analysis is also made on the flight test measurement management,and introduction is given on the establishment of digitalized mode and the information network operation of various factors in the measurement management,such as laws and regulations,technology,cost,administration,and management of enterprise culture.
