摘要
研究了0~0.4 mm石英砂对模具石膏凝结时间、抗折强度、吸水率及磨损率的影响,并采用MIP测试技术分析石膏-石英砂增强机理.结果表明:当石英砂掺量为10%时,模具石膏2h及干态抗折强度增加显著且均达到峰值,分别为3.29 MPa、6.36 MPa,较空白样增幅高达20.73%、24.95%。随着石英砂掺量的增加,模具石膏的磨损率逐渐降低,耐磨性逐渐增强,当掺量为20%时,其磨损率为0.96%,较空白样降幅高达72%。吸水率则随着石英砂掺量的增加有小幅度降低.因此,为满足模具石膏的综合性能,石英砂的最佳掺量为10%。
The performances of setting time,flexural strength,water absorption and abrasion rate of modelgypsum were studied by the addition of silicate sand(0-0.4 mm).The mechanism was analyzed by MIP.The result shows that the 2 h and dry flexural strength of the model-gypsum increased significantly to the maximum at the ratio of 10%.The flexural strength were 3.29 MPa and 6.36 MPa which were increased by 20.73% and 24.95% compared to the blank samples,respectively.The abrasion rate of model-gypsum was decreased by the content growing of silicate sand.The abrasion-resistance was enhanced remarkably by the content increasing.The abrasion rate was 0.96% at the ratio of 20% which was decreased eminently by 72% compared to the blank samples.However,the water absorption was little reduced by the addition increasing of silicate sand.Therefore,to meet the comprehensive properties of ceramic model-gypsum,the best content of silicate sand is 10%.
