急性高容量血液稀释联合控制性降压对老年人血液动力学及心肌肌钙蛋白I的影响研究

摘要 随着异体输血治疗应用率的逐步提高,由此所导致的危害性也逐渐受到了人们的关注,为了进一步降低异体输血对患者造成的危害,临床上通常提倡采取相应的血液保护措施,控制性降压和急性高容量血液稀释(AHH)等措施,均能够对患者的血液进行有效保护。本文就对急性高容量血液稀释联合控制性降压对老年人血流动力学及新肌钙蛋白I的影响进行了探讨分析。
