摘要
文章使用1990年、2000年、2010年全国人口普查的数据,计算了全国各民族人口的平均受教育年限和教育基尼系数,并对教育基尼系数在性别间进行了分解。研究发现,中国各民族人口的教育成就和教育公平程度均得到了显著的提高,各民族人口性别间的平均受教育年限和教育基尼系数差异逐渐缩小。大力发展民族教育,提高各民族人口的受教育年限,将有利于降低各民族内部的教育不公平。各民族人口的女性和性别间教育基尼系数相对贡献率有小幅度上升,需引起决策部门关注。
Based on the data from 1990,2000 and 2010 nationwide population census,this paper calculates the average schodling years and the Gini coefficient of schooling of the population of all ethnic groups in China,and decomposes the Gini coefficient of schooling between genders.It was self-evident that educational achievement and education equality of the population of all ethnic groups in China have been significantly improved,and that the differences of average schooling years and the Gini coefficient of schooling between genders decreased gradually.The enhancement of schooling years of the population of all ethnic groups by developing ethnic education will help to reduce the education inequity inside each ethnic group.The relative contributions from the Gini coefficient of schooling in the female population of all ethnic groups and between genders rise up a little,which should be paid sufficient attention by policy-makers.
