摘要
党的十八大报告在阐述如何统筹城乡发展,推进社会主义新农村建设时,强调要走中国特色农业现代化道路,这是党中央在准确分析世界农业发展趋势与中国农业发展的现状,全面把握国民经济与社会发展对农业的新要求后作出的重大战略决策,是加快农业农村发展、扎实推进新农村建设的科学选择。建设中国特色农业现代化,使中国完成从传统农业向现代农业转变是一个漫长的历史过程,也是一项复杂的系统工程。要从中国的基本国情出发,借鉴世界农业现代化建设的经验,运用先进技术和现代管理改造中国的传统农业,逐步转变农业经济增长的方式,用现代物质条件装备农业,用现代科学技术改造农业,用现代产业体系提升农业,用现代经营形式推进农业,用现代发展理念引领农业,用培养新型农民发展农业,从而加快中国特色农业现代化建设。
The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC） stressed the need to develop Chinese-style agricultural modernization in the part of how to balance urban and rural development, and the construction of a new socialist countryside, which is the accurate analysis of the Party Central Committee of the current situation of world rural agricultural development trend and the Chinese ag- ricultural development. Meanwhile, it is a major strategic decision to comprehensively grasp the new require- ments for the national economic and social development, and accelerate agricultural and rural development. To promote the new rural construction, the construction of Chinese-style agricultural modernization, and help China complete the transformation from traditional agriculture to modem agriculture is a long historical process, which is a complicated engineering system. Based on Chinese current conditions, learning the refer- ence of the world agriculture modernization construction experience, using the advanced technology and modem management transformation to transform China traditional agriculture and gradually changing the ag- riculture economy growth mode, equipped the agriculture with modern material facilities, rebuilding agricul- ture with modem scientific technology, promoting agriculture with modem industrial system, promoting the agriculture with modem management form, leading agriculture with modem development idea, and training new farmers to develop agriculture, we can speed up the construction of Chinese-style agricultural modemization.
