随着基因组学、生物信息学、T程学、计算机学等多学科的交叉和融合,分子诊断技术得到迅猛发展。越来越多的分子诊断技术应用于疾病的预防、诊断、治疗和预后判断,这为检验医学的发展提供巨大的机遇和挑战。不同的分子诊断技术有其相应的临床使用范围,如何选择适宜的分子诊断技术用于个体化医疗是当前检验科面临的关键问题。r中华检验医学杂志,2014,37:324-326)
With the development of genomics, bioinformatlon, engmeenng, computer SClellt:t~ illltl other fields, it has witnessed explosive growth of molecular diagnostic technologies. More and more technologies are used in desease diagnosis, therapy and prevention, which have presented a huge opportunity and challenge for clinical laboratory.
