摘要
在美国开展中文师资培训,既要以相关的教师培养标准作为课程设置的依据,又要考虑本地教师的实际需求;既要提供知识普及型课程,也要重视特色型培训;既要进行教学方法等实践技能的培训,也不能忽视语言理论对教学能力的促进作用。因此,设计合理的培训课程,制定长远的培训计划,建立稳定的合作关系,是发展中文师资培训、提高中文师资水平的重要途径。
In USA,the Chinese-language teacher training program must take the course criteria and the actual needs of local teachers into consideration,supply both general-knowledge and special cour-ses as well as practical and theoretical training.Thus,the design of long-term and rational training courses and the establishment of stable cooperation are good approaches to the future development of such programs.
