摘要
从我国体育职业化发展的必然性出发,结合我国体育职业化发展的现状,探讨我国体育职业化发展进程中道德环境建设的理性诉求及宗旨。提出优化道德环境的策略:转变社会道德认知环境;建设适合体育职业化发展的道德制度;细化职业体育中的道德评价标准;逐步实现道德与法制的协调配合。
The study starts from the inevitability of professional sport development to discuss the rational appeal and goal of moral environment construction in the process of sport professionalization in China. Strategies of optimizing moral environment are proposed in this study as well. That is to say, we should change the social and moral cognitive environment, construct the moral system suitable for professional sport development, refine the moral evaluation criteria of professional sport and realize the moral and legal development in coordination.
