沼液不同施用方式对小白菜养分吸收及基质环境的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为使沼液和现代节水灌溉系统相结合应用于蔬菜栽培中,以‘上海青'为试验材料,研究沼液的不同施用方式对菇渣基质栽培小白菜产量、品质和矿质养分利用率的影响。结果表明:施用合适浓度的沼液能够显著改善小白菜品质,促进其对基质氮、磷、钾的吸收,提高养分利用率。滴灌以V(沼液)/V(水)=1/5较好,氮素利用率达到42.50%,磷为6.32%,钾为27.59%;微喷以V(沼液)/V(水)=1/4效果较好,氮素利用率达到41.45%,磷为5.12%,钾为21.94%,且两者的硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量低于农产品质量无公害蔬菜安全要求的标准;滴灌沼液比例为V(沼液)/V(水)=1/5所获得的产量为30 887.37 kg/hm^2,比喷灌沼液比例为V(沼液)/V(水)=1/4所获得的产量提高34.62%,更适合于小白菜的无公害生产。 In order to apply biogas slurry and water-saving irrigation system to vegetable culture,an experiment with pakchoi cultivar 'Shanghai Qing' was conducted by drip and microsprinkler irrigation methods and at 5 biogas slurry treatment levels. The result showed that an appropriate concentration of biogas slurry could significantly improve the pakchoi quality, promote the absorption of N, P and K in substrate and enhance nutrient utilization. Under drip irrigation the volumetric ratio of biogas slurry to water being 1/5 had a better effect, and the N, P and K nutrient utilization ratios reached 42.50%, 6.32% and 27.59% respectively; Under microsprinkler irrigation the volumetric ratio of biogas slurry to water being 1/4 had a better effect, and the N, P and K nutrient utilization ratios reached 41. 45%, 5. 12%, and 21. 94% respectively; The above two treatments met the requirements of the national pollution-free vegetable safety standard in terms of nitrate and nitrite contents,but the former treatment yielded 30 887.37 kg/hm2 pakchoi and increased by 34.62% over the latter treatment,being more suitable for pollution-free pakchoi production.
