一种动物内脏扩张仪的设计

摘要 目的:内脏疼痛是临床上常见的症状,对其进行研究需要建立内脏疼痛模型。机械扩张诱导的内脏痛模型是广泛应用的实验方法之一,目前国内尚未有专用的内脏扩张装置。针对上述情况,我们设计了一种动物内脏扩张仪,用于制备机械扩张诱导的内脏痛模型。方法:该装置采用压缩空气作为压力源,以气囊为施压执行器,通过压力传感器检测压力,用控制器控制压力和时间周期,并且控制器采用模块化设计方法进行设计,其压力的控制采用通用的智能工业调节器来实现,时间控制采用通用的智能时间继电器来实现。结果:该装置可自动按设定的时间周期对内脏施加压力,并且时间准确,压力恒定。结论:该装置压力稳定,时间周期准确,可任意调整压力的大小和时间周期;预先设定压力和时间周期后,整个实验过程自动进行。内脏扩张仪的使用不仅保证了实验过程的一致性,使实验操作更加规范和严谨,而且提高了工作效率。该装置适用于多种动物的不同脏器机械扩张所致内脏疼痛的研究,并且操作简单,使用方便。 Objective: Visceral pain is a common manifestation in clinical diseases. In order to investigate these diseases, the visceral pain models need to be established. Most of the visceral pain models are induced by mechanical distension, bui there is not a domestic special device for that. Under this circumstance, the aim of this study is to design an animal visceral organ ex- pansion apparatus to prepare the visceral pain model induced by mechanical distension. Methods: This apparatus adopts com- pressed air as the source of stress and airbags as pressure actuator. It detects pressure through the pressure sensors and controls pressure and time period by the controller, which uses the modularized design. The pressure is controlled by a common indus- trial regulator, and the time by an intelligent time reply. Results: This apparatus can exerts pressure on the visceral organ ac- cording to the pre-set time period automatically with exactly time and a constant pressure. Conclusions: The pressure of this apparatus is stable and the time period is accurate, and they can be adjusted capriciously. After the presetting of pressure and time period, the whole experiment will be conducted automatically. Application of the visceral organ expansion apparatus not only guarantees the consistency of the experimental process and gives the experimental operation more standardized and rigor- ous, but also improves the working efficiency. This apparatus is suitable for the research of different organ visceral pain of many kinds of animals caused by mechanical expansionary. The operation is simple, and it is easy to use.
