自噬相关基因与结肠癌的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 自噬是不同于凋亡的程序性死亡,被认为是第二类的细胞程序性死亡。随着研究的不断进展,越来越多证据显示结肠癌的发生发展都与自噬有着密切的关系,而某些自噬基因在调控自噬的活性中有着重要的作用,它们作用于自噬的各个环节,从而在结肠癌的发生发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。文中现对自噬相关基因与结肠癌的相关研究进展作一综述。 Autophagy is called typeⅡprogrammed cell death which is different from apoptosis .More and more evidence has shown that the development of colon carcinoma is highly associated with autophagy as reseach progresses .And some autophagy-related gene may paly an important role in regulating the activity of autophagy , as they act on every joint of autophagy to make great signifi-cance to the development of tumor .In this paper ,we review the progress on the autophagy -related genes and their correlation with co-lon carcinoma .
