摘要
研究了不同投喂方式对革胡子鲶(Clarias gariepinus)生长指标、健康状况的影响。按投喂方式分为不间断投喂(A组)、隔3 d停喂1 d(B组)与隔7 d停喂1 d(C组),在室内养殖条件下,饵料用茨粉与鲜杂饲料1∶6(m/m)比例进行配比,连续50 d试验后采样,测定血清及组织指标。结果表明,试验鱼增重率(GR)、特定生长率(SGR)为:B组最高,其次是A组,C组最低。各组织和血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性B组显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。头肾、脾脏中B组丙二醛(MDA)含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),血清C组MDA含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。脾脏、头肾、肌肉中B组酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活力都显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。肝脏中溶菌酶(LZM)活力、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活力B组显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。脾脏中B组SOD、ACP、AKP显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。脾脏、头肾中A组LZM活力显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。肌肉、血清中B组LZM活力显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。血清中肝功能指标丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)B、C组显著高于A组,天门冬氨酸氨基转氨酶(AST)B组显著高于A、C组,总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、总胆红素(TBIL)各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。隔3 d停喂1 d的革胡子鲶鱼体生长速度最快,健康指标最好。隔3 d停喂1 d的喂养方式试验效果较理想。
A 50-day-multi-cycle experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of the cyclic starvation refeeding on growth performance, health effects of beard catfish index. Fish were divided into three groups including the control group keep feeding(A), every three days to stop feeding one day(B) and every seven days to stop feeding one day(C). Results showed that specific growth rate(SGR) and growth rate(GR) of B group was the highest. Content of SOD in all tissue and serum of B group were significantly higher than that of A and C group(P 0.05). Content of MDA in head kidney and spleenof B group were significantly higher than that of A and C group(P0.05). Content of MDA in serum of C group were significantly lower than that of A and B group(P0.05). Activities of ACP in spleen, head kidney, muscle of B group were significantly higher than that of A and C group(P0.05). Activities of LZA and AKP in liver of B group were significantly lower than that of A and C group(P0.05). Activities of SOD、ACP、AKP in spleen of B group were significantly higher than that of A and C group(P0.05). Activities of LZA in spleen and head kidney of A group were significantly lower than that of B and C group(P0.05). Activities of LZA in muscle and serum of B group were significantly higher than that of A and C group(P0.05). Activities of ALT in serum of B group and C group were significantly higher than that of A group. Activities of AST in serum of B group group were significantly higher than that of A and C group. Activities of CHO、TG、DBIL、TBIL in serum of all groups were no significantly difference. Clarias gariepinus grew more fast in the cycle of three days feeding and the forth day without feeding, the index of health were in the best. For Clarias gariepinus,every three days to stop feeding one day as a cycle is an ideal feeding mode.
