摘要
对恩施州恩施市、利川市、宣恩县、鹤峰县和咸丰县等5个主产茶区茶叶产业规模、产业组织形式及产业发展质量进行了调查和分析,利用SPSS相关性分析法研究了不同因素对产业发展的影响。结果表明,2012年末,5县(市)茶园总面积达6.12万hm2;产量和产值均稳步增长,2012年样本区内茶叶(干茶)总产量和农业产值分别为5.37万t、25.53亿元,较2010年分别增长27.25%、68.85%,单位产值相对于2010年增长40.24%,达到5.89万元/hm2;黑茶从无到有,所占比例持续增加,2012年绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶、黑茶产量所占比重分别为68.59%、23.98%、0.93%、6.51%;2012年5县(市)共有注册企业214家、QS认证企业78家、茶叶专业合作社137家、省(州)级龙头企业27家、深加工企业1家。调查发现区域内茶叶产业发展中存在良种化进程不平衡、茶园产能发挥不完全、产业组织主体发展滞后、产业链条狭窄等问题,建议通过转变扶持方式、加大科技投入、丰富产业业态、培育市场主体等方式推动恩施州茶叶产业的转型升级。
The size, quality forms of industrial organization and industrial development of tea industries were surveyed and analyzed in Lichuan City, Enshi City, Xuan＇en County, Hefeng County and Xianfeng County,which are five main tea-producing areas in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture. SPSS was used to analyze correlation of the effects of different factors on tea industrial development. Results showed that to the end of 2012, the total area of tea plantations was 61 200 hm2; the production and capacity have achieved steady growth in 2012, compared with 2010, the tea production and agricultural output was respectively 53 800 tons and 2.553 billion RMB, which increased by 27.25% and 68.85% respectively, per unit of output relative to the growth of 40.24%, reaching 58 900 RMB/hm2; the sample area showing an overall production pattern was ＂green is dominant, black tea has large proportion, other teas have seen some development＂, the proportion of dark tea continued to increase recently. In 2012, the production in proportion of green tea, black tea, oolong tea, dack tea was 68.59%, 23.98%, 0.93%, 6.51% respectively; five counties（cities） registered a total of 214 enterprises, QS certified company 78, tea cooperatives 137, provincial head of the state-level agricultural enterprise 27 and one deep-processing enterprises. According to the survey, the process of regional imbalances, and imcomplete productive capacity of tea gardens, retarded development of major industrial organizations, the industrial chain stenosis and other questions existed in the tea industry of Enshi Autonomous Prefecture. Suggestions such as changing the way of supporting, investments in technology, rich industry formats, foster market players were proposed to promote the transformation and upgrading of Enshi tea industry.
