摘要
对聚合硫酸铁铝(Polymeric-aluminum ferric sulfate,PAFS)混凝处理生活污水工艺进行了研究,探讨了快搅速度、快搅时间、初始pH和PAFS投加量等单因素对强化混凝处理生活污水工艺的影响。在此基础上根据Box-Behnken试验设计原理,运用响应面法分析方法,建立了PAFS混凝处理生活污水的二次多项式数学模型,确定了PAFS处理生活污水的优化条件:即PAFS投加量为22 mg/L、快搅速度为358 r/min、快搅时间为0.90 min。在此条件下,生活污水COD去除率平均为63.6%。同时,生活污水的浊度和总磷去除率分别达到99.6%和98.8%。
The sewage treatment of polymeric aluminum ferric sulfate(PAFS) was studied with analyzing stirring speed, stirring time, initial pH and PAFS dosage. A quadratic polynomial model of sewage treatment of PAFS was built with BOX-Behnken design and response surface analysis. The results showed that the optimial conditions were PAFS dosage 22 mg / L, stirring speed of 358 r/min, and stirring time of 0.90 min. Under these conditions, the average removal rate of COD was 63.6%. The removal rate of turbidity and TP reached 99.6% and 98.8%, respectively.
