摘要
在分析MapGIS K9软件开发应用功能和Oracle数据库结构的基础上,基于VB(Visual Basic)语言,采用组件式二次开发模式,开发了山西省吕梁市离石区河道管理信息系统,构建了河道信息空间和属性数据库,开发了河道工程、水情及防汛3个专用信息管理子系统,实现了河道信息的高效存储、查询、编辑、可视化、统计及空间分析等功能。研究成果为构建"数字河道"和河道科学高效管理提供了新的思路和渠道。
Based on the development and application of MapGIS K9 software and Oracle database structure, the VB(Visual Basic) language and component-based secondary development pattem in was used to develop the urban river management information system in Lishi county, L ü liang municipal, Shanxi province. Spatial and attributed database of information for watercourse was built. This system contained river channel project, water regime and flood prevention management subsystem. The efficient storage, search, editting, visualizing, statistical and spatial analysis of river information was realized. The successful application of the system provided new thoughts and channels for building the "digital river" and managing river channel scientifically.
