摘要
分析了PTA结晶器压缩机干气密封泄漏原因,并针对PTA装置工况特点,对干气密封结构进行了优化设计。优化后的密封结构具有较高的抗干扰能力和较长的使用寿命。
The leakage reasons for dry gas seal installed in PTA crystallizer compressor were analyzed. Considering the working conditions in PTA plant,the structure of dry gas seal was optimized. Engineering experiences have proved that the optimized sealing structure can meet the requirements on higher anti-interference ability and longer service life.
