摘要
为了寻找唇形科植物白补药中低极性活性成分,丰富白补药化合物的类型,对白补药的石油醚部分的化学成分进行了系统研究。用75%乙醇提取白补药,所得浸膏加水稀释后,用石油醚萃取并将所得石油醚浸膏部分采用硅胶柱色谱和重结晶方法进行分离纯化。利用熔点、溶解性、颜色反应等理化性质以及红外光谱、质谱及核磁共振等波谱数据确定分离所得物质的结构。从白补药中分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别为:壬烷(Ⅰ)、十七烷酸甲酯(Ⅱ)、十四烷酸(Ⅲ)、麦角甾醇(Ⅳ)、软脂酸(Ⅴ)、3β,2,4-二羟基,Δ11,13(18)-齐墩果二烯(Ⅵ)。这6个化合物均为首次从该药材中分离得到。
In order to find the low polar ingredient of Salvia scapiformis Hance var.Hirsute Stib and enrich the types of compounds,the systematic study on chemical constituents of its petroleum ether part was carried out.The chemical constituents of S.scapiformis Hance var.Hirsute Stib were extracted by 75% ethanol.The residue was suspended in water and then extracted with petroleum ether.Petroleum ether part was isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization.Their structures were characterized by melting point,solubility,chromogenic reaction,infrared,mass spectrometry,1H and 13Cnuclear magnetic resonance.Six compounds were identified including n-nonane(Ⅰ),methyl heptadecanoate(Ⅱ),tetradecanoic acid(Ⅲ),(22E)-ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3-beta-ol(Ⅳ),hexadecanoic acid(Ⅴ),3β,2,4-dihydroxy-olean-11,13(18)-diene(Ⅵ).All of them were obtained from this plant for the first time.
