摘要
建立了掘进机刀盘的三维有限元模型,对以前学者研究中的一些细节进行了考虑,并进行了研究,通过分析结果得出:刀盘的应力、应变主要集中在刀盘的中心区域,其值符合条件。模态分析表明不会出现共振现象。通过这一研究对于在采煤工作中刀盘的正常运行与优化具有指导意义。
A three-dimensional finite element model of the cutter head, some details of previous scholars in the study were considered, and carried out the research, through the analysis of results: cutter stress, strain mainly concentrated in the central area of cutter, its value with the conditions of the. Modal analysis shows that the resonance phenomenon does not appear. Through this research has guiding significance for the normal operation and optimization in coal mining cutter.
