摘要
对低碳铝镇静钢SPHC连铸过程浸入式水口堵塞原因进行了分析,结果表明:钢水中大量高熔点Al2O3类夹杂物在水口内壁聚集粘结是导致堵水口堵塞的主要原因。通过改进LF精炼底吹氩工艺,优化钙处理效果及减少钢水二次氧化,提高了钢水可浇性,水口堵塞率由原来的13.9%降低至4.2%。
The cause of SEN clogging during the casting of low carbon Al-killed SPHC steel was investigated. The result showed that the accumulation of alumina inclusions on the inner wall of the nozzle was the key reason for SEN clogging. By modifying the bottom argon blowing process, optimizing calcium treatment process,and preventing the re-oxidation of the molten steel during casting,the pourability of molten steel was improved,therefore the SEN clogging rate reduced from 13. 9% to 4. 2%.
