摘要
以结构固有频率为约束或目标的优化是结构动力特性优化设计的重要分支。以一种壁板结构机载设备安装支架作为优化设计对象,建立了优化数学模型,在满足频率约束条件下,同时考虑机械加工工艺性的要求,使支架自重极小化。优化分析前,介绍了结构无阻尼自由振动方程,比较和确定了方程特征值在MSC.Nastran中的求解方法。最后,根据优化后的结构设计参数,校核了支架的一阶固有频率是否在约束条件范围内。
The optimization which is with the structural natural frequency as constraint or target,is an important branch of the dynamic characteristics optimization design.With the mounting bracket of an airborne equipment which is the panel structure as the optimization study object,its mathematical model for optimization is established which make the weight of the bracket minimum. The model meets the frequency constraint not only,and considers the manufacturability of the bracket but also.Before the optimization analysis,this paper introduces the undamped free vibration equation of the structure,compares and defines the solving method of equation eigenvalues in MSC.Nastran.Finally,the first order natural frequency of the mounting bracket is checked on the basis of optimized structure design parameters.
