摘要
TC10钛合金由于具有优异的耐蚀性和良好的综合性能,广泛地应用于海洋石油开采和潮湿环境中,市场前景广阔。但由于钛合金锻造温度较窄,变形量不好控制。研究了不同的锻造工艺对TC10钛合金组织和性能的影响,铸锭经β相区开坯后,中间锻造分别执行工艺A和工艺B,在各工序中取样做金相组织,并做成品棒材的力学性能分析,结果表明:镦拔次数较多、锻比较大的试样金相组织更加均匀、细小,性能各向异性较小,棒材强度较高。
Because of excellent corrosion resistance and comprehensive properties,TC10titanium alloy is widely used in offshore oil exploitation and moist environment,the market prospect is broad.However,the forging temperature of titanium alloy is narrow, deformation is not easy to control,this paper studies the influence of different forging processes on microstructure and properties of TC10titanium alloy.After beta phase breakdown,the intermediate forging of the ingot respectively execute process A and process B,the microstructures and mechanical properties of the samples of each step are investigated.Experiments show that,the more the upsetting and drawing times and the larger the deformation,the more uniform and finer the microstructure,the higher the strength of TC10titanium alloy bars.
