摘要
形成性评价相对于传统的总结性评价,更注重对教学过程的反馈和引导。本文介绍了基于形成性评价的"电工学"考核改革的思路和方案,分析并总结了改革的特点和实际效果。实践证明考核改革有效激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了教学质量,实现了以考促学,以考导教。
Comparing to traditional summative evaluation, formative evaluation emphasizes on learning feedback and guidance in the education. The reform of grading policy in Electrical Engineering course is based on formative eval- uation. This paper introduces the means and methods of the reform, analyzes the essential and effect of the reform. The reform not only greatly stimulates the students" interest in learning, but also effectively improves the teaching quality in the course.
