摘要
含油污泥处理是炼化厂必须面对的问题。对含油污泥干化焚烧系统进行热力计算,确定干化点。介绍流化床污泥焚烧系统组成。通过对焚烧项目技术经济分析,论证了利用焚烧法处理炼化厂含油污泥在技术上是可行的,且经济效益显著。传统污泥处理方法不适应社会发展,污泥干化焚烧法将是未来含油污泥处理的趋势。
Oily sludge treatment is an important problem faced in refineries. The dry point can be determined by thennoclynamic calculation of the oily sludge drying and burning system. The burning system in the iluidized bed is introduced in this paper. It is demonstrated that burning technology is available for the oily sludge treatment by technical and economic analysis and also the economic benefits are significant. The traditional sludge treatment is not suitable for the social development and the sludge drying and burning will be the trend of the oily sludge treatment in the future.
