摘要
介绍了城市轨道交通全生命周期风险管理理念。以天津地铁5号线的运营安全为研究对象,遵循规范的风险管理过程,首先建立了风险管理环境,其次识别了5号线运营中可能造成人身伤亡或财产损失的各类风险,最后结合在设计中已考虑的风险应对措施进行风险分析和评价,提出了除在设计中已考虑的措施之外还需采取的风险应对措施,建立起了面向运营的天津地铁5号线风险管理体系。
The concept of lifecycle risk management of rail transit is introduced. Based on the safety operation management of Tianjin metro Line 5, and in accordance with the standard risk management process, a risk management environment is set up; then,the possible risks in the operation of Line 5 are identiffed; finally,combined with the risk treatment measurements in design, other possible risks and the related measurements are proposed to establish a rislk management system for Tianjin meteo Line 5 operation in particular.
