摘要
目的 通过对教师灾害自救互救知识的认知进行调查,了解教师对自救互就知识的掌握情况.方法 采用自行编制问卷对随机抽出的110名教师的急救知识进行调查.结果 教师们对徒手心肺复苏术知晓率仅为9.1%,成人胸外按压的频率知晓率为12.7%,流鼻血处理方法知晓率为25.5%,接通急救电话后的信息告知知晓率为27.3%,不同学校类别、不同性别、不同年龄、不同职务、不同学历的教师对心肺复苏相关知识、消防用具的使用、急救电话告知信息等的知晓率存在统计学差异,P <0.05.结论 教师的灾害自救常识和急救自救互救知识部分知晓率较低,增强教师灾害自救互救知识及能力,发挥教师对学生的媒介宣传作用,最大限度地减少突发灾害带来的危害具有现实意义.
Objective To understand the teachers' current level of self/mutual first aid knowledge by conducting a survey and seek a possible improvement. Methods A self-designed first aid questionnaire was given to 110 randomly selected teachers for answer. Results It reflected 9.1% on CPR awareness, 12.7% on adult chest compression, 25.5% on nosebleed treatment, and 27.3% on correct reporting with 120. A statistical difference was found in different types of school, different genders, different ages, different positions, and different educational backgrounds on the first aid related knowledge P 〈0.05. Conclusion It demonstrated a low awareness of self/mutual first aid among the teachers. Improvement of self/mutual first aid knowledge is very important for teachers to grasp as they are considered as effective media to their students which will effectively minimizes the loss caused by unexpected disaster.
