摘要
通过对粉煤灰的硫酸改性得到酸改性粉煤灰,用其对含铅模拟废水进行吸附实验,探讨改性的最佳条件,并在最佳改性条件下制得改性粉煤灰,研究改性粉煤灰投加量、吸附时间、吸附温度以及pH值对Pb2+吸附效果的影响。结果表明,在投加量为10 g/L,吸附时间为50 min,吸附温度为50℃,pH=6时,改性粉煤灰对40μg/mL的Pb2+的去除率可达90.34%,能够较好的去除废水中的Pb2+。
Fly ash was modified by sulfuric acid. Adsorption of Pb^2+ from simulation solution by modified fly ash was investigated. The optimum condition of the modification was discussed and the modified fly ash was prepared. The factors influencing the removal rate of Pb^2+, such as dosage of modified fly ash, adsorption time, adsorption temperature, pH value and temperature were researched. The experiment results showed that the removal rate of Pb^2+reach to 90.34%, the solid liquid ratio is 10g/L, adsorption time is 50min, adsorption temperature is 50℃, pH=6, when Pb^2+ concentration at 40ug/mL, it can better remove Pb^2+ from wastewater.
