摘要
采用液培试验,研究了不同硫浓度下烤烟根、茎、叶对钙的吸收与积累规律。结果表明,硫浓度在0~8 mmol/L试验范围内,烤烟根、茎和叶片中钙含量随硫浓度增加呈显著或极显著降低。硫浓度在2~8 mmol/L范围内,烤烟根、茎、叶片对钙吸收速率和积累量随硫浓度增加而大幅度降低。0 mmol/L处理烤烟根系对钙吸收速率低于2 mmol/L处理,但在团棵和旺长期,0 mmol/L处理烤烟叶片对钙吸收速率高于2 mmol/L处理的,在旺长后期和成熟期,0 mmol/L烤烟茎对钙吸收速率高于2 mmol/L处理的。0 mmol/L处理烤烟根系钙积累量低于2 mmol/L处理的,但其叶片和茎对钙积累量与2 mmol/L处理差异不大。由此可见,在液培条件下,无硫或低硫促进了烤烟根、茎、叶对钙的吸收和积累。
A hydroponics experiment was carried out to investigate calcium content, accumulation and uptake in root, stem and leaf in flue-cured tobacco under different sulfur concentrations. Results showed that calcium contents in root, stem and leaf were reduced significantly or highly significantly along with increase of sulfur concentration from 0 mmol/L to 8 mmol/L. The uptake rate and accumulation of calcium in root, stem and leaf were reduced along with increase of sulfur concentration from 2 mmol/L to 8 mmol/L. Calcium uptake rate in root under 0 mmol/L sulfur concentration was lower than that under 2 mmol/L. Calcium uptake rate in leaf under 0 mmol/L sulfur concentration was higher than that under 2 mmol/L from rosette to fast growing stage, while calcium uptake rate in stem nder 0 mmol/L sulfur concentration was higher than that under 2 mmol/L from fast growing to maturation stage. Calcium accumulation in root under 0 mmol/L sulfur concentration was lower than that under 2 mmol/L, but no significant difference under 0 mmol/L and 2 mmol/L sulfur concentration in stem and leaf. No or lower sulfur concentration promoted calcium uptake and accumulation in root, stem and leaf.
