摘要
探讨了一年生梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron Bge.)幼苗磷元素在不同灌水量下的变化情况。结果表明,相同季节下,随着灌水量增加各器官磷含量均表现为上升趋势。相同灌水量下,光合枝8~10月磷含量呈下降趋势,茎、根8~10月磷含量表现为上升趋势。相同灌水量下,光合枝磷积累量8~10月呈先上升后下降的趋势,茎、根磷积累量8~10月呈上升趋势。同一生长季节,随灌水量增加,光合枝、茎、根磷积累量均逐步增大。相同灌水量下,光合枝8~10月磷分配比例呈下降趋势,根8~10月磷分配比例呈上升趋势;而茎基本上呈现上升趋势,且9月和10月磷分配比例接近。同一生长季节,随灌水量增加,根磷分配比例逐渐下降,茎磷分配比例逐渐上升,光合枝磷分配比例总体呈上升趋势。
The change of P element in the annual Haloxylon ammodendron Bge. seedlings under different irrigation conditions was studied. Results showed that in the same month, organ phosphorus content was in a increasing trend with the increase of irrigation amount. Under the same volume of irrigation, photosynthetic branches' phosphorus content decreased and phosphorus content of stems and roots increased from August to October. Under the same irrigation amount, photosynthetic branches P accumulation first increased and then decreased, but P accumulation of stems and roots showed a increasing trend from August to October. P accumulation of photosynthetic branches, stems and roots gradually increased in same growth season with the increase of irrigation amount. Under the same irrigation amount, phosphorus distribution ratio of photosynthetic branches decreased and the roots' increased, yet stems basically showed a increasing trend, but in September and October the ratio was close. In the same growth season, with the increase of the irrigation amount. Phosphorus distribution ratio of roots decreased, and the ratio of branches increased on the whole.
