摘要
分别分析了个人通过微信朋友圈发布信息和机构通过微信公众平台发布信息的特点,提出了利用这两种渠道从微信中获取竞争情报的方式,并与通过微博获取竞争情报作了简要比较。
The paper analyzes respectively characteristics of issuing information by individuals through Circle of Friends and by institutions through public platform of Tencent MicroMessenger, presents ways of collecting competitive intelligence from Teneent Mi- croMessenger through the two approaches above-mentioned, and compares it with collecting competitive intelligence from microblog.
