经皮椎间孔脊柱内窥镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症59例疗效分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:探讨应用经皮椎间孔脊柱内窥镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:选取2011年11月-2013年5月本院应用经皮椎间孔脊柱内窥镜技术治疗单节段椎间盘突出症的59例患者,观察比较手术前后的临床疗效,疗效按照术前及术后疼痛感觉类比评分(VAS)和功能指数评分(MacNab)以及Oswestry功能障碍评分(ODI)标准进行评定。结果:59例患者术后当时、1周、3个月、6个月、12个月的ODI评分和VAS评分均明显低于术前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据改良疗效评定MacNab标准,术后3个月及6个月的优良率分别为86.44%和93.22%。结论:TESSYS技术具有微创、安全和疗效确切的特点,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种有效方法。 Objective:To investigate therapeutic effect of percutaneous transforaminal lumbar spinal endoscopic technique on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method:Fifty nine patients with single segmental lumbar disc herniation were treated with Thomas Hoogland Endoscopy Spine Systems in our hospital from November 2011 to May 2013.The clinical curative effect before and after the operation were observed and compared. Curative effect was assessed according to the Oswestry Disability Index(ODI),the visual analogue scale(VAS) and the modified MacNab criterion. Result:In 59 patients,the ODI score and VAS score in immediately,1 week,3 months,6 months,12 months after operation were significantly lower than preoperative,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).According to modified criteria for grading results,the excellent and good rate was 3 months and 6 months after operation were 86.44% and 93.22%.Conclusion:Thomas Hoogland Endoscopy Spine Systems is minimally invasive,safe and effective,it is an effective treatment method for lumbar disc herniation.
